Meet the President!
We’re delighted to congratulate our Chief Executive, Catherine Nicholson, on her appointment as President of the Lancashire & Cheshire Association of the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation (IRRV).
Catherine’s appointment is a testament to her many years of dedication, leadership, and expertise within housing, welfare reform, and local government. Throughout her career, she has worked tirelessly to improve housing outcomes, champion best practice, and support some of the most vulnerable members of our communities.
The IRRV is the UK’s leading professional body for local taxation, benefits, valuation, and local authority financial services. Being appointed as Regional President is a significant achievement and recognises Catherine’s commitment to supporting professionals across the housing and public sector.
Reflecting on her appointment, Catherine continues to champion collaboration, innovation, and the importance of ensuring housing services meet the changing needs of communities.
